Created as a virtual replacement for the in-person Moving Day Walk, this project features stories from individuals living with Parkinson’s, their loved ones, and community fitness experts leading home workout sessions. The Winston-Salem chapter was the only Parkinson’s Foundation chapter nationwide to produce a full virtual video for the 2021 event, and portions of this project were later used in the National Parkinson’s Foundation campaign.
